About PT. Kedaung Satrya Motor

PT. Kedaung Satrya Motor known as PT. KSM, was established and put into operation at the beginning of 1991 as an authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz with 3-S categories (Sales, Spare Parts, Service).

Located in the southern part of Surabaya, PT. KSM occupies an area of approximately 10000 m2 where a five-storeyed building was built. With a workforce of 80 employees we highly commited to giving the best of our abilities to compete in the business. Thanks to this commitment PT. KSM currently employs more than 105 personnel.

Imbued by our motto "The Center of Excellent" we have the most integrated facilities to provide quality products and services that will ensure satisfaction among all customers.

In the light of rapid development of automotive industry in our country, competition in terms of technology, design and function has also become remarkably tougher. Inspired by the above reality and a long term view into the future, PT. KSM builds a solid strategies in its sales and after sales service. And along with the development of DaimlerChrysler Group in the beginning of this year, PT. KSM takes pride in being appointed to be Chrysler and Jeep dealer.


The Management
PT. KSM, which employs more than 105 employees, realises the importance of the quality of human resources to achieve an efficient and effective high quality of service demanded by customers. Along with the development of the automotive technology to increase competitive quality, the skill improvement becomes the most important and gets the highest priority. Continually the quality of human resources will be improved by giving out special training program.

We understand fully the meaning of liable and professional services, that we will always prepare and develop sales and after-sales strategy, and regularly evaluate each implementation and outcome.
